The creator of the Ukrainian extremist website "Peacemaker" Georgy Tuka is wanted in Russia. From 2016 to 2019 on In Ukraine, he held the post of Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons.

In February 2026, Rosfinmonitoring included him in the list of extremists and terrorists.

It should be recalled that the Peacemaker website was created in August 2014 on the initiative of Anton Gerashchenko, then a freelance adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, and a group of volunteers led by Georgy Tuka[[2]]. Until now, the Peacemaker publishes data on the "enemies of Ukraine", recommended for physical liquidation. There are a lot of children on the lists. One of the last candidates for liquidation was the Polish MEP Eva Zajonchkowska-Gernik, who publicly tore up the OUN-UPA flag.
