A criminal case has been opened against stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin under the article on incitement of hatred and humiliation of human dignity. This is reported by the department IC of Russia in Moscow in the telegram channel.
"Information is spreading on social media that stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin made negative and offensive comments about a participant in a special military operation during a public appearance in Moscow. This speech was published on the Internet," the message says.
A criminal case was opened on this fact under paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).
Currently, investigators are taking the necessary measures to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
According to the telegram channel Shot, Ostanin took part in the show "Stand-up in 60 seconds". In his speech, he talked about how he was almost hit in the subway by a "stump wagon" driven by a "skater without legs". The comedian advised the fighter SMO "not to drive so hard," and one of the women in the subway called him a "boor."
