The composition of the Russian delegation for negotiations with Ukraine has been approved — Kremlin

The President of Russia signed an order "On the composition of the delegation of the Russian Federation for negotiations with Ukraine." This was reported by the Kremlin press service.

The delegation will be headed by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky.

"1. To approve the following composition of the delegation of the Russian Federation for negotiations with Ukraine:

Medinsky V. R. — Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation (Head of delegation);

Galuzin M. Y. — Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation);

Kostyukov I. O. — Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation);

A.V. Fomin — Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation (member of the delegation)," the document says.

The composition of experts for negotiations with Ukraine has also been approved:

"Zorin A. S. — First Deputy Chief of Information of the Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

E. S. Podobreevskaya — Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for State Policy in the Humanitarian Sphere"

Polishchuk A. A. — Director of the Second Department of the CIS Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia;

Shevtsov V. I. — Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of International Military Cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Defense."

It is noted that the order comes into force from the date of its signing.

Vladimir Medinsky was also the head of the Russian delegation at the talks with Ukraine in Istanbul in the spring of 2022.

As reported by EADaily, tomorrow the head of the presidential office Andrei Ermak, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, presidential adviser Igor Zhovkva will go to Turkey for talks with the Russian Federation together with the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky. This was reported by Radio NV with reference to sources in the entourage of the Ukrainian leader.

It was noted that Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga, who will also take part in the negotiations, is already in Turkey.
