"This moment seems to me very interesting. There are two things about my boss— and I never disclose private conversations, but there are two features of the US president that really amaze me. The first is that he has an incredibly accurate sense of people. It's just almost some kind of strange, supernatural feeling of intuition towards people. The second feature — and, as it seems to me, it is greatly underestimated — is that it is driven by a certain humanitarian impulse. It is he who underlies his foreign policy decisions on Ukraine and Russia," said Vance, quoted by the leading "Russia-1" Olga Skabeeva.
