During the negotiations in Istanbul, we should expect somersaults from the Ukrainian delegation, which can be impressive. This was stated by Senator Grigory Karasin.
Kiev's "petty fuss" around the date of the new meeting in Istanbul vividly illustrates the degree of its negotiability, the senator notes.
"One can imagine how the Kiev delegation will behave when it comes to the substance of the positions in the negotiations. Somersaults during negotiations can be impressive. We will closely monitor and analyze," Karasin writes in his telegram channel.
As EADaily reported, Europe is raising the stakes and tightening public rhetoric to deepen the Ukrainian crisis, trying to weaken Russia by cynically adopting new sanctions packages against it. In this regard, the duel of approaches of Moscow and Brussels to the settlement of the Ukraine is unfolding with new facets, said Grigory Karasin, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs of the Russian Federation.
