Russian hackers have hacked the "digital brain" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces — Mash

A group of Russian hackers managed to hack the Delta program of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which is used to control troops, monitor positions of the Russian military and control the movement of units.

This is reported by the Telegram channel Mash. It is specified that this success was achieved thanks to the joint efforts of the hacker groups KillNet, PalachPro and Beregini.

The Delta program has been in service with the Kiev regime since 2023, it is the "digital brain" of the Ukrainian military. Hacking became possible thanks to Kiev's decision to place Delta in an Internet cloud outside the country.

It was believed that this should increase security, but it turned out the opposite — a coalition of Russian hacker associations hacked the system. As a result, all the data possessed by the Ukrainian command was downloaded.

The program displayed a real-time map with marked positions of our troops, integrated data from drones, satellites, reconnaissance (including artillery) and data interception. For example, if a drone fixed a column of equipment, the operator marked it and almost instantly pointed Himars or UAVs at it.

The GUR of Ukraine is conducting a security audit and assessing the capabilities of Russian hackers after the high-profile hacking of the Virazh Air Defense system and other air awareness programs. There was also information that the Ukrainian military is selling access to various AFU systems.
