"After canceling the visit of (US Presidential Envoy General Keith) Kellogg to Ukraine's chief negotiator was J.D. Vance. You definitely won't give him a bribe, you won't buy up the hidden debts of those living on Ukraine relatives. Very positive news for everyone who is waiting for peace," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.
