The Kiev administration reports that the "green line" of the metro works only on the left bank. Part of the trolleybus and tram routes also stopped.
The Kiev division of DTEK reported that the right bank of Kiev was also partially de-energized. There is no electricity in parts of the Goloseevsky, Pechersk and Solomenskiy districts.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko promised to return the lights in the capital within a few hours, said People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
