The White House has two wings: The fate of the Ukrainian conflict is not predetermined — That

There is no consensus in the White House regarding the Ukrainian conflict. This was stated by Mark Toth, a columnist for The Hill and The New York Post.

According to him, there are two wings in the White House that determine the fate of the Ukrainian conflict. One of them is headed by Elbridge Colby, who advocates that the US administration shift its focus to China and actually leave the Eastern Europe, allowing Europe to do its own thing.

"There is another faction, which includes (the Secretary of State) Marco Rubio. They say: "No, we understand that in the long run, US security will be better protected if Ukraine wins this war." And I would just warn people: be careful with these statements, do not assume that the White House itself is unanimous on this issue. Trump is listening to two different sides, and time will tell which one will win," he said.

As reported by EADaily, the United States is seeking a military defeat of Russia on Ukraine. This was stated on the Judging Freedom YouTube channel by former US Marine intelligence officer military analyst Scott Ritter.

He recalled the statement of the US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent that "we want to destroy the Russian economy."
