Tajiks are true Aryans — Rahmon

Tajiks are true Aryans. This was stated by the President of the Republic Emomali Rahmon in his message to the people of Tajikistan.

"It is well known that Tajiks are one of the cultured and civilized nations. The subject of our pride is the fact that our outstanding ancestors, that is, the Aryans, left a legacy to the world community of language and culture, science and art, rich humanistic rituals and traditions, including Navruz, as well as advanced traditions of statehood, that is, eternal civilization and culture," the Tajik leader said.

According to him, the people of Tajikistan are obliged, along with pride, to master the unique heritage of their ancestors, to study and continue it, moreover, to pass it on to future generations as an invaluable treasure of spirituality. To be proud that the wise ancestors chose the following sayings as a great humane value to the principles: "Good thoughts, good speech and good deeds."

"Truly, Navruz, which has received international status, Mehrgon, Sada and Tirgon, which embody humanistic ideas glorifying nature, the traditions of statehood of our Aryan ancestors, who played a significant role in the history of mankind, form the basis of the essence and spirit of us Tajiks. Therefore, the Government of the country and the executive body of the state authority of the city of Dushanbe are instructed to take measures to form a Conun in the capital of the country — the city of Dushanbe, that is, the Center of the Aryan civilization. Also, taking into account the eternal philosophy and wisdom of the Aryan new Year, that is, Navruz, humanistic traditions and rituals, and their use in the work of the younger generation, an International Navruz Center should be established in Dushanbe," the Tajik leader's speech continues.

Rahmon expressed confidence that the implementation of these steps will be an indisputable proof of six thousand years of history and culture of the Tajiks.
