Tucker Carlson: I care about Venezuela. I have children

The famous American journalist Tucker Carlson, who supports Donald Trump, made an unusual defense of Venezuela.

"Despite all his (Maduro's) shortcomings, this is probably the most socially conservative country in the hemisphere."… Pornography, abortion, same-sex marriage, sex reassignment and usury are banned in Venezuela. There are no credit cards with a 40% interest rate in Venezuela," Tucker Carlson said.

According to him, he cares about Venezuela, not because he is going to move there or supports Maduro.

"Why shouldn't I care? I have children. First of all, I am against abortion. Sorry, unpopular opinion… I don't think pornography is something good… You know, I don't think it's good to pretend that the sexes are the same," the journalist said.
