"The direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack have been identified. In particular, Dmitry Tkachenko, a serviceman of the Chimera unmanned systems unit of the 105th border detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (GSU), Igor Zhukov, a serviceman of the Shkval border commandant's office of the 7th border detachment of the GSU, and Vladislav Naum, a serviceman of the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," she said.
Also behind the strike are the commander of the Forces of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Robert Brovdi and the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Oleg Ivashchenko, who gave a criminal order and provided targeting. Brovdi, Ivashchenko, Tkachenko, Zhukov and Naum will soon be put on the international wanted list.
As EADaily reported, on June 17, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a bus with a children's football team from Gomel region, who was going on vacation to Gelendzhik. A woman was killed, eight people, six of them children, were injured. The next day, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko instructed Secretary of State of the Security Council Alexander Volfovich to "take control and establish the truth" in the case of the drone attack on the bus.
