The military command of the Kiev regime formed seven combat groups in the Sumy region to complete the task and sent them through their own minefields.
This was told to RIA Novosti by an informed source in the Russian law enforcement agencies. He specified that the groups were formed from the 71st Separate Airmobile Brigade (OAeMBr) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Trying to hold on to the outskirts of Ivolzhansk, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent seven combat groups from the 71st OAeMBr to be "slaughtered" through the areas mined by the Ukrainian nationalists themselves," the agency's interlocutor said.
According to him, the remnants of enemy units that managed to reach the settlement were destroyed by the Russian military.
Earlier, EADaily reported that, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, in the area of responsibility of the Center group, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 330 people in the previous day.
