A Ukrainian agent from Chelyabinsk sent improvised explosive devices (IEDs) through the Russian Post to several people. They were camouflaged as perfume sets, the FSB DSP reported today, July 6.
"In March 2025, in the city of Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk region, a Russian citizen recruited by the Ukrainian special services, born in 2003, was detained, who seized explosive devices camouflaged in perfume sets from caches in Chelyabinsk and sent them "By Russian Post“ to military personnel and government officials residing in Moscow, Voronezh, Krasnodar Territory and Saratov region," the FSB DSP reported.
A 23-year-old Russian recruited by the special services of Ukraine has been detained. A criminal case has been opened on attempted terrorist attack and treason.
The DSP added that "after completing the task, the Ukrainian special services stopped contacting him without paying the promised reward."
