Ministry of Defense: the Flamingo missile production facility was hit in Kiev

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation informed about the next group retaliatory strike on military and energy facilities in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.

The corresponding statement was published on Wednesday morning, July 8, by the press service of the military department on its official resources.

"Tonight, in response to the terrorist attacks of the Kiev regime on civilian infrastructure in Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision ground-based weapons at the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine in the city of Kiev," the report says.

According to the Ministry of Defense, as a result of the strike,:

1. the industrial enterprise of the SAMSUNG-UKRAINE company, where the production and storage of components for ground-launched cruise missiles FP-5 Flamingo was carried out;
2. workshop for the assembly of long- and medium-range UAVs.
