Blogger Stas Davydov announced the closure of the YouTube channel "This is Good", which was created back in 2010. He said this in the video "We are closing the channel."

"This is most likely the last issue of the news block on this channel, in general, not only on this channel, not only the news block, in principle anything, issues on this channel. In short, we will no longer make videos. There are many reasons for this. First of all, we are just tired of fighting for the existence of this channel," Davydov said.

According to the blogger, for several years the channels have been creating problems for life by intermediary companies that buy up the rights to viral videos. Now there is a conflict with one of these companies — ViralHog, which requires removing many "This is Good" videos, or paying an impressive amount for them.

"Videos were often bought from unrealistic authors at all — if only there was an opportunity to present YouTube's internal system that they now have rights to them," Davydov said.

He added that the project team tried to resolve the conflict by involving lawyers and contacting the YouTube affiliate program.

"It's all to no avail," the blogger stated and added that this problem is not the only one, but it added a drop to the overflowing cup of patience.

The "This is Good" project has been working since 2010. Now the channel has more than 6.3 million subscribers. Davydov and the team shot reviews of popular videos discussing them in a comic manner.
