The justice of the Peace of the judicial district No. 199 of St. Petersburg brought to administrative responsibility the actor of theater and cinema, People's Artist of the RSFSR Mikhail Boyarsky. This was announced in her telegram channel by the head of the joint press service of the city courts of general jurisdiction Daria Lebedeva.
"By the decree of September 15, 2025, Mikhail Sergeyevich was brought to justice for not paying for paid parking for his Mercedes," the report says.
Lebedeva clarified that the car was parked on the Moika River embankment on September 1 last year from 8 a.m. to about three o'clock in the afternoon, the fine was 3 thousand rubles.
"The fine was paid only on 01/29/2026, which is late," she explained.
Boyarsky was brought to justice under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("non-payment of an administrative fine within the statutory period"), he was fined 6 thousand rubles.
"Boyarsky has already been involved in this before," Lebedeva added.
