The uncertain situation with the financing of US government structures may become an obstacle to the transfer of power to the new administration headed by President-elect Donald Trump.
This statement was made at a briefing in Washington by White House press Secretary Karin Jean-Pierre. She promised that the Joe Biden administration would do everything necessary to ensure that the process of transferring power was "smooth."
However, the spokeswoman complained that in the event of a disruption in the work of various ministries and departments of the US government, "the activity of receiving and transferring cases may be limited."
"From Republicans in The US Congress depends on the advancement of the transfer of power. We cannot continue this smooth transfer of power if they do not stop threatening with a shutdown," Jean-Pierre threatened.
So far, there have been no response comments from the Republican Party to this statement.
Earlier, EADaily reported that White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre inexplicably turned out to be a descendant of the "ancient Ukrainians." This follows from the "educational" Ukrainian cartoons.
