Oktyabrsky district court of Tomsk appointed 80 hours of compulsory work to realtor Marina Orlova, who in an interview told about the scheme with the purchase of real estate for payments after the death of her husband — a fighter of a special military operation. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's office of the Tomsk region in the telegram channel.
Also, 85 hours of correctional labor were assigned to blogger Daria Cherdantseva, who interviewed Orlova.
Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the realtor and the blogger under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).
Both women apologized to the SMO participants, widows and mothers of the dead Russian fighters. The corresponding video was published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tomsk region.
The police explained that earlier a video appeared on social networks in which "a woman posing as a realtor, during a dialogue with an interviewer, calls for illegal actions." The video told how Russian girls could marry a participant in a special military operation on Ukraine, and after his death to receive a payment of 8 million rubles from the state.
Orlova had previously apologized, stressing that the video from the interview was immediately deleted. Commenting on the video, Orlova called this advice "black humor" and a "warning" for men.
