Chairman of the State Duma Commission: The West is betting on Russia is already on others

Western countries have changed their strategy of working in Russia and interfere in its internal affairs in a different way. This was announced in the Information Center of the CEC of the Russian Federation by the chairman of the State Duma commission to investigate the facts of foreign interference in the internal affairs of Russia Vasily Piskarev.

"The State Duma Commission found that the enemy, having studied our legislation and methods of countering foreign interference, is changing tactics. Instead of feminists, environmentalists and LGBT activists❶*, now the main objects of recruitment and indoctrination are leaders of youth movements, journalists, specialists in the field of Information technology AI, analysts, as well as relocators with stable connections in Russia," said Vasily Piskarev. His words are quoted by the telegram channel of the State Duma Commission.

According to him, new recruitment targets are now receiving grants to engage in anti-Russian activities, especially during the pre-election period.

"We also record contacts of Western NGOs with former defector municipal deputies. Their task is to collect materials for the preparation of fakes and defamatory information stuffing," the head of the State Duma commission added.
