The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow found secular journalist Bozhena Malashenko (formerly Rynska) guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). This is reported by the Moscow Prosecutor's office in the telegram channel.
The Tver Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office, during the inspection, established that she had made public humiliating statements against a group of people united on the basis of nationality and origin in one of the interviews, which was publicly available on the Internet.
An administrative case was initiated against her.
As a result, the court found Malashenko guilty and imposed a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
As EADaily reported, the journalist currently lives in Latvia, but regularly visits Moscow.
