The death of nine people is confirmed after an explosion at an enterprise in Kopeisk, the head of the Chelyabinsk region, Alexei Texler, said in his telegram channel.
"At the moment, the death of nine people has been confirmed. Five people were injured, our doctors are doing everything possible to stabilize their condition," he wrote.
Information on missing persons, according to Texler, is being clarified.
Explosion at one of the enterprises in Kopeiske thundered the night before. Four deaths were reported. At the same time, Texler stressed that the version with the attack of the Ukrainian drone is not confirmed.
