Group "West": The whole of Kupyansk is under the control of the 6th combined arms army

All districts of the city of Kupyansk are under the control of the 6th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation, said Leonid Sharov, head of the press center of the Zapad group of forces.

"I am at the forward control point of the 121st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 68th Motorized Rifle Division of the 6th Combined Arms Army of the Zapad group of forces. Units of the Zapad group of forces continue to carry out combat missions in the area of the special military operation. The city of Kupyansk is under the control of the 6th Combined Arms Army," he stated.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation indicated that "the units of the Zapad group of forces exercise reliable control over all areas of the liberated city of Kupyansk."

"Attempts by the assault "twos" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to infiltrate from the southwest through the city cemetery to the outskirts of the Jubilee district are being stopped," the military department reports.

EADaily adds: in this morning's summary, the telegram channel "Two Majors" noted:

"Yesterday, from the Kupyansky direction, statements by the Zapad GRV poured through all available information resources, for some reason refuting the Ukrainian propaganda on duty. The fighting in the direction continues, the haste in the reports could lead to a twofold situation in the information field."

Earlier, military correspondents drew attention to the fact that the stele in Kupyansk, which Zelensky was "taking pictures of," was "either the wrong one or in the wrong condition," although, in their opinion, "there could well have been an informational "preserve" to annoy our officials."
