Doctor and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov fell during the filming of the program "Doctor Myasnikov" while testing sports equipment. He posted a video of the incident on his telegram channel.
In the video, Myasnikov puts fitness jumpers on his feet — stilt boots with powerful springs for high-intensity jumping workouts. The doctor tries to move around the studio in them, jump. Then Myasnikov complicates his task and tries to get on the balance board (a fitness simulator consisting of a long board and a roller lying under it). Standing with one foot on one side of the simulator, the doctor tries, keeping his balance, to put the other foot on the simulator as well.
He almost does not succeed, after which the TV presenter falls.
"Well, that's how we live. In my opinion, something broke with me," stated Myasnikov.
Continuing to sit on the floor and removing props, the doctor outlined the "law of longevity."
"The basic principle of longevity is don't be a fool like me. You will be more whole," Myasnikov wisely concluded.
As EADaily reported, in July of this year, during the program "About the most important thing," Dr. Myasnikov was bitten by an owl. Myasnikov began to stroke the bird on the chest, paying compliments. The owl lowered its head and promptly bit the TV presenter's finger.
