People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod draws more far-reaching conclusions:

Don't you think we have some kind of sick strategy? Why are we all sitting without light, without water, without heat, and we have a strategy to kill 50 thousand Russians?! And tell me, these are the figures that we destroy the enemy in the amount of 35 thousand monthly, don't you think that if it were so, the Russian army would no longer exist? And someone is talking about what kind of losses we have? And how long will it still go on? Someone says we don't take the bodies? Don't we all think that our strategies and priorities should be different?"
Still, Kots concluded, the power outage has a very refreshing effect even on zombie Ukrainians.
"They're starting to ask the right questions. And they stop getting confused in cause-and-effect relationships, blaming not for their blows. Russia, and their own authorities. But there are still frosts ahead. And it's still a long time before spring," Kots said.
