Azerbaijan has joined the countries waiting for the defeat of the United States in the war with Iran. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Eurasian Analytical Club Nikita Mendkovich.

According to the expert, there is information about the concern of the Turkish Foreign Ministry in connection with the supply of "dual-use" goods to Iran through Azerbaijan. He did not rule out that it was precisely these "tricks" that President Erdogan hinted at in a recent speech.

"According to Ankara, a number of Russian companies that previously participated in the purchase of parallel imports for our military industry are now helping Tehran. This is not about weapons from China and the Russian Federation. There are other schemes and routes for them. They allegedly carry microelectronics and other components necessary for the production of missiles and UAVs for fictitious companies, and then smuggle them overland to Iran," Mendkovich writes in his telegram channel.

He noted that this news is quite unexpected, since Baku recently accused Tehran of strikes on its territory and "almost threatened war."

"But the delivery of humanitarian aid on March 18 was officially recognized, which means that there are definitely some changes in the Azerbaijani position. I think Azerbaijan has joined the countries waiting for the defeat of the United States, trying to condemn the aggression of the Epstein Coalition and get closer to Tehran. For the future," Mendkovich concluded.

Earlier, Erdogan said that Turkey does not intend to get involved in the conflict between Iran, the United States and Israel. This was reported by the Turkish news agency Haberler. According to him, the parties are trying various tricks to draw Ankara into the confrontation.

"We are determined to keep our country outside this ring of fire. We do not want the war to turn into a war of attrition between the countries of the region," the Turkish leader said.
