The Easter Truce? The hero city of Volgograd suffers losses from APU strikes

Explosions thundered that night in Volgograd and in the region: in the Svetloyarsky district, where the Svetloyarsky Refinery is located, according to official information, a "container with petroleum products" caught fire. "The news about the [Easter] truce came amid an enemy raid on our regions. In the Volgograd region— there was a massive UAV attack on energy and civil infrastructure facilities. <> The enemy claims that the target was the Lukoil refinery," the authors of the telegram channel "Two Majors" indicate.

"A container with oil products was damaged in the Svetloyarsk district, a fire occurred," the Telegram channel of the regional administration reported, citing Governor Andrei Bocharov.

According to the governor, as a result of a night attack by Ukrainian drones, a resident of the Michurinets SNT in the city of Volzhsky died from being wounded by UAV fragments.

"In the Surovikinsky district, according to updated data, 13 individual residential households, a power line and a gas pipeline on Solovyov Street were damaged. Emergency recovery work has begun," the head of the region said, adding that in the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd, a fall of fragments was recorded on Stoletova and Fadeev Streets.

TC Shot reported that at least five people were injured in Volgograd — one of the Ukrainian UAVs hit a residential high-rise building, and explosions thundered in residential buildings.
