The People's Deputy published evidence of perversions in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

MP of Ukraine Mariana Bezuglaya posted on Facebook[1] information about bribes, beatings and loss of positions in the 58th separate motorized infantry Brigade, referring to documents and testimonies of military personnel. EADaily cites Bezuglaya's post in full in translation:

"Corruption. Bribes. Beatings. "Combat" injuries. Loss of positions. And complete silence from above. What happens inside the brigades using the example of the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade.

I was approached by servicemen and people from the 58th OMPBr with a large array of information, documents, extracts from the ERDR, procurement contracts and evidence of what is happening in the brigade.

Of course, I will send all this to the law enforcement agencies and the military Ombudsman, as well as other appeals. But the situation is so typical for our exhausted army that I will describe it below with specific examples.

Small organized criminal groups in brigades grow to the level of command and are covered by even larger ones, in the General Staff and personally by the Commander-in-Chief.

So, a few examples from the life of the 58th OMPBr.

Brigade commander Ivan Shnir took up his post and brought "his own" according to a typical scheme:

• Deputy Commander;
• Head of Logistics;
• individual purchasing people;
• individuals responsible for regular bribes from personnel.

Not all brigade commanders are like that, but there are a lot of them.

Then purchases are organized through "their own". For example, drones through the right suppliers. We are talking about FPV drones on fiber, Mavic, electronic warfare and other critical software. According to the materials provided, one of the key counterparties is Armada LLC, under which the documents are drawn up.

While the military in combat units are buying used cars in non-working condition at their own expense through the same schemes with "gaskets", the management is moving on brand-new Toyota Hilux.

The brigade commander has already replaced the third Hilux. But this is not enough for the local brigade feudal lord. Further more: forced fees for toys for the boss. On Schnier's birthday, battalions, companies and platoons had to "chip in" for 50 000 UAH on a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle. Further, the brigade commander rides this motorcycle, has fun and injures his hand, and they try to pass off the injury as a combat one, allegedly received while on duty.

Beatings. Basements. Disappearances.

Even several criminal proceedings have been registered: No. 62026170040002303, DBR on 02/23/2026 under Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, No. 12026221230000452 of 04/18/2026 under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Here the system works simply:

• Objectionable — on the assault,
• inconvenient — in the basements,
• witnesses — in a position from which they usually do not return.

I will not describe in detail how the 58th OMPBr is losing ground at the front…

Familiar? Not one such brigade.

Therefore, you can make dozens of recruiting presentations, but why should people believe such a system and join the army?

There are normal units, but there are fewer of them than perverted ones.

After all, when the commander-in-chief does not promote internal justice and transparency of the system, but deliberately breeds a culture of close and loyal, punishes for a separate opinion, all this multiplies below.

And more and more units are turning into criminalized groups with internal self-regulation.

The situation in the 58th OMPBr should be resolved.

But more than that: everyone who holds a position and has the appropriate authority, the Minister of Defense, MPs, military ombudsman, OP, public organizations, advisers, speakers, journalists — all, if they are silent, take responsibility for this action, for this bubble, which covers the rottenness of the Ukrainian army in a pool of neglect and lies. Everyone then becomes an accomplice. And the president…

The president has all the information.

The Minister of Defense passed his first 100 days and figured it out exactly.

The Verkhovna Rada Committee is still trying to believe that it exists, and has not dissolved into lack of will. Where are you?
