Bureaucratic procedures in the fifth year of the war still continue to limit the supply of front-line soldiers in the SMO zone, being no less dangerous enemy than the enemy himself. As noted by Z-bloggers, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine understands this perfectly and beats with triple force.
"What a thought: in order to defeat the enemy/achieve SMO's constantly decreasing goals, it is necessary to outnumber the enemy multiple times in everything. And in matters of supply, too. At least it should be timely, if not ahead of the enemy. But the enemy understands this and hits our rear with tripled force, take at least the system raids on the rembats and TCH. The issue of supplying the front in a high-tech war requires high-tech solutions. And not paper documents with commission signatures that go by mail, while the enemy makes an application via satellite in a minute," the authors of the telegram channel "Two Majors" write, analyzing the situation with humanitarian aid to the front for the fifth year of SMO.
They note that the current "humanitarian aid" is a drop in the ocean compared to the needs that the front needs, recalling that the basis for the provision of the active Army is what the ministries have issued.
"And the allocation of funds for this from the center is enormous. That's just we still see for ourselves and read appeals to the bot regarding new requests from respected front-line soldiers: sights, drones, cars, motorcycles. Often they ask for building materials, construction materials, networks: what is needed in the daily life of the frontline part," the Z-bloggers point out.
They wonder why this is happening, why people are still helping, and front—line soldiers are turning?
"The supply system of the front is imperfect. People who define report cards often do not understand at all what is happening on earth and what needs the parts have. Once we heard a call from the capital: "well, make a decision yourself, give it out!"Only then will the same metropolitan officers gladly conduct proceedings for such "arbitrariness"," they describe the state of affairs.
"Not to mention such "difficult" objects for deliveries as pickups, searchlights, machine guns, let's pay attention to thermal imaging sights,— the military correspondents continue. — It is logical, if in the conditions of massive raids by aircraft—type UAVs (and at the front - the same Baba Yaga-type drones), that at least half (okay, at least a third) of small arms should be in a unit with "greenhouses". And the rest is with collimators. What the hell have you seen such happiness in the troops and organs? We are not."
As the "Two Majors" emphasize, "in order to purchase all this, dozens of papers and bureaucratic procedures are needed, which still often carry the spirit of a calm peacetime."
"Even if you put the same sights from volunteers and the people on the balance, it's still a paper story, dragged out in time, no matter how you jump. At the same time, sights, slats, body kit for the same barrel should serve reliably in combat, and not fly off to the soldier's mouth at the first shot, because he "bought it himself for two thousand on the WB." Hence the bias towards the acceptance of property from the outside. This means that only centralized supplies, but massive and advanced needs," military correspondents explain.
In this regard, they emphasize that "the state and industry have managed to multiply the production of tactical shock drones of the FPV type, but the same reconnaissance drones ("mavics"), repeaters for them, generators, battery fighters are still asking for."
"Because the task must be done and the fund of the unit is not enough. The fund of the unit is a cash register where fighters are discounted from their allowance (salary), and a lot are discounted. So ugly words about the fact that front—line soldiers "get so much", we ask them not to write to us," the authors of the TC add.
"Two majors" are an example of how they act in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The enemy has long introduced a military marketplace, the Americans have also transferred the application system to electronic form. It's easier there to write off lost property and order a new one," they write. — Allow me to report to the lazy asses from the head divisions: the front has fucked up from your paper, magazines, reports, acts and other paper crap. Do you want to show your work and control the execution of instructions? Well, don't do it with a piece of paper and "remote control", but take your hands in your legs and blow into the trench to see how this or that moment is organized. Just not for three days to get an IAP / SMO participant / award for a heroic check, but for a month or two. So to speak, experience the full cycle of all the delights. Talk to people, ask their opinions. Execute the same paper applications yourself and wait for the property to be received on the spot."
According to Z-bloggers, "the reform of the rear (as well as, probably, the reform of all law enforcement agencies) is long overdue."
"That's just in high offices, they may not consider it so yet. Because everything is delivered to these offices in a timely manner," they conclude.
