The media reported on May 14 that the wife of actor Dmitry Nazarov ❶ Olga Vasilyeva sent a letter to the State Duma in which she asked the deputies to consider the issue of her and her husband's return to Russia.

Sources cite lines from the actress's letter: they say that life in Europe has become so unbearable and expensive that even the sale of French apartments for 500 thousand euros did not help. Vasilyeva seems to mimic him and repeats: "To Moscow... to Moscow? Dmitry Nazarov ❶, picking up his wife's joking tone, continues: "We have already passed the Belarus—Russia border, we are driving through the Smolensk region, we have 3.5 hours left before the Moscow Ring Road."

The story was commented on by the chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. According to him, no letters from the actors have been received. He stressed that representatives of Russia have repeatedly called for the return of those who left after the events of 2022. But there is a nuance — there will be no problems for those who have not spoken out and have not done anything wrong to their country. If a person helped unfriendly countries, he will have to face consequences, including criminal ones.

Nazarov❶ served in the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater and actively starred in Russian film projects. The role of Viktor Petrovich Barinov in the TV series "Kitchen" brought him success and multimillion-dollar royalties.
