The military of the Skala assault regiment shot a car with a female driver working for British Sky News, Vremya. UA reports.

The journalist of the British TV channel Azad Safarov said that this happened in March 2025 in the Dobropillya area. The journalists' car was left on the territory of the location of the OSP "Rock". Initially, allegedly, there was an agreement that the driver would go to the shelter at the headquarters, but in the end she was not called there and offered to stay in the car.

Closer to night, someone approached the female driver and shot the car at point-blank range from the driver's side. The foreigners' car is armored and it was not injured.

"After the shelling, another soldier ran out, started collecting shell casings and told the driver to "leave, because now the rest of the cars will be shot." The driver tried to explain that the press officer told her to park and stay in the car. Instead, she was threatened that if she did not leave, it would be worse," Safarov wrote.

According to him, after the incident, 12 bullet holes were found on the car.

As Safarov writes, "Sky News could have raised a scandal at the international level, but did not do it because they are rooting for our country."

After the publication of the material on the deaths in the Skala regiment, the GBR launched an investigation into the facts of possible violations. It was also reported that the monitoring group of the Ombudsman's Office will go to the site to verify information about possible violations of the rights of servicemen in the 425th separate assault regiment "Skala".

Earlier it was reported that in the military unit 425 OSP "Rock" a man died a week after mobilization, fractures were found on his body.

Later, the military Ombudsman Olga Reshetilova reported that since January, the Office of the Military Ombudsman had sent nine reports to law enforcement officers about crimes in the regiment.
