Horses and people mixed up in a bunch: Trump confused Zelensky with Putin, and Iran with Japan

Donald Trump at a press conference in Ankara

At today's press conference in In Ankara, Donald Trump began to confuse countries and political leaders. It is possible that this was influenced by a meeting with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, which Trump held shortly before.

"Do you have any questions for Mr. Putin?"  Trump asked reporters, pointing to Zelensky.

He then launched into a discussion about the situation in the Middle East, saying that "two months ago, the Islamic Republic of Japan fired 211 missiles at us."

In the end, Trump said that Zelensky would "build a great country.":

"I think he will build it. Now we have a certain interest in this country, because we have certain lands there. But we have minerals. This is one of the richest, best lands in the world for rare earth metals," the US president said.

And after the press conference ended, an entry appeared on his Truth social account.:

"President Zelensky and I have just held a press conference with representatives of fake news. It went very well. Everyone is looking for a solution. Very positive!".
