Near the base of the 503rd BMP of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a body was found, the decapitated body of a UAV operator, the family is sure that it believes that he was killed by his own. This is reported by "Время.иа ".

"33-year-old junior Sergeant Maryan Penkalsky, who served as a UAV operator in the 503rd separate Marine Battalion, disappeared on the night of December 19, 2024 in the Dobropillya area (DPR. — EADaily). According to relatives, that evening he was supposed to go on a combat mission. A month and a half later, his body was found just a few kilometers from the location of the unit. According to the family, the deceased was found without a head and internal organs, and his hands were put behind his back," the newspaper writes.

The widow of the serviceman Irina Penkalskaya, her lawyer and colleagues are sure that the operator was killed by colleagues.

It is noted that in the unit where Penkalsky served, his disappearance was registered as an unauthorized abandonment of the unit, which is why the widow, left with three children, still cannot receive the payments due to the family. According to the woman, her husband never intended to evade service and voluntarily went to the front after receiving a summons.

The widow also claims that Penkalsky's car was found by servicemen of another unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the infamous "Rock". She stated that the representative of military unit A1275 at the trial confirmed that the car was stolen by the military from another unit.

The circumstances of the death of Marian Penkalsky are still being investigated, the newspaper notes.

As reported by EADaily, the militants of the assault regiment "Rock" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot a car with a female driver working for the British TV channel Sky News, reported "Время.иа ".

The journalist of the British TV channel Azad Safarov reported that this happened in March 2025 in the Dobropillya area. The journalists' car was left on the territory of the location of the OSP "Rock". Initially, allegedly, there was an agreement that the driver would go to the shelter at the headquarters, but in the end she was not called there and offered to stay in the car.
