Zelensky appointed the acting head of the SBU of the Ministry of Defense, again spitting on the constitution

Zelensky has no right to appoint Yevhen Khmar acting Minister of Defense. This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexey Goncharenko❶.

So he commented on the next appointment of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

"The crazy day continues. Zelensky cannot instruct anyone to be acting defense minister, because only the cabinet can do this. But I still instructed Khmara to be acting Now (Sergey) Koretsky, as prime Minister, should appoint acting Khmar," the deputy writes in his telegram channel.

According to him, Zelensky is going to propose Khmara's candidacy for the post of head of the Ministry of Defense, but has not yet done so.

"There is only one conclusion: it is necessary to give Zelensky a Constitution," Goncharenko sums up❶.

As reported by EADaily, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine went on a month-long vacation without voting for candidates for the posts of Minister of Defense and Minister of Internal Affairs. This was reported by UNIAN with reference to the deputy from the faction "European Solidarity" Alexei Goncharenko❶. He informed that the next session of the Parliament is scheduled for August 18.

The MP noted that, in addition to the heads of ministries, the heads of the heads of the Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service were not appointed. All of them, including Mikhail Fedorov and Andrei Sibiga, continue to perform their duties.
