"The crazy day continues. Zelensky cannot instruct anyone to be acting defense minister, because only the cabinet can do this. But I still instructed Khmara to be acting Now (Sergey) Koretsky, as prime Minister, should appoint acting Khmar," the deputy writes in his telegram channel.
According to him, Zelensky is going to propose Khmara's candidacy for the post of head of the Ministry of Defense, but has not yet done so.
"There is only one conclusion: it is necessary to give Zelensky a Constitution," Goncharenko sums up❶.
