Law enforcement officers found 200 kilograms of gold at the sect during a search

Turkish law enforcement officers, as part of an investigation into possible money laundering by an organized criminal group and its leader, the head of the Suleymanjilar sect, Alikhan Kurish, discovered a warehouse with 200 kilograms of gold. The precious metal was seized from the sectarians. Details are provided by the Turkish TV channel TRT Haber.

The gold was stored in the territory of the brother of the head of the sect. The total value of the precious metal is about $ 28 million. The origin of this condition is still being established.

This sect, being created in the middle of the last century, is one of the most influential in Turkey. Suleymanjilar operates not only in the country, but also abroad. Earlier, Turkish Interior Minister Mustafa Ciftci confirmed the issuance of a warrant for the detention of 43 people belonging to this sect.
