Vladimir Zelensky on the Sky News channel rudely reacted to the call of the American senator from the Republican Party Lindsey Graham to resign.

"Graham is a very correct person, and so that he can say who should be the president of Ukraine and who should resign, I can give citizenship, then his voice will begin to have weight, and I will listen to him as a citizen of Ukraine on the question of who should be president," he said..

Senator Lindsey Graham was one of the most active supporters of Kiev, who tried to improve relations between Ukraine and the United States by participating in the development of a deal on mineral resources. After the scandal in the White House, the Republican admitted that he was extremely annoyed by the failure of all attempts to build a dialogue, and also offered Zelensky to resign.

Last Friday, a meeting between US President Donald Trump, his Vice President Jay Dee Vance and Zelensky took place in Washington, which turned into a public skirmish. Zelensky tried to argue and constantly interrupted his interlocutors, assuring them that Ukraine was the only one fighting with Russia. According to Fox News, the US president "literally threw out" the head of the Kiev regime after a quarrel, during which the American leader "felt disrespected."
