In the city of Omsk there was an interesting case related to the so-called "Valley scheme". A pensioner named Elena, who has worked as a teacher all her life, decided to sell a three-room apartment, dispose of the money at her own discretion, and then return the housing back. Details are provided by the SHOT Telegram channel.

The amount of the transaction amounted to 6 million rubles, which a young family in Omsk took on a mortgage. "Grandma Lena" came to the deal with a certificate from a psychiatrist, allegedly she is completely sane and sells the apartment of her own free will, and not under the influence of scammers.

The pensioner explained the sale with the desire to move to her niece. But after receiving the money, she began to postpone the transfer of keys, as collecting things took a lot of time. While the buyers were waiting for the pensioner, she went to court, where she stated that she did not want to sell the apartment.

But the judge sided with the young family, deciding to evict Elena. She made a scandal in the entrance, called the police and said that she would not let the customers live in peace. When the pensioner realized that she still had to leave, she broke the tile in the apartment, tore out the ventilation pipe, punched a hole in the floor. In such conditions, a young family will have to celebrate the New Year 2026.
