The Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Kharkov University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in the city center. This is reported in his telegram channel by military correspondent Boris Rozhin.
"The consequences of arrival in the center of Kharkov. 2 missiles flew at the Kharkov University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs," Rozhin writes.
"A wounded military officer at the site of the strike in Kharkov. It flew to the right place," the military correspondent comments on the photo published by the Kharkiv OVA.
Note, the Ukrainian media reported that missiles hit residential buildings in the center of Kharkov. According to the OVA, 25 people were injured.
Meanwhile, the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" writes that the closed one was completely destroyed by an accurate blow Shopping center in Kharkov, which was used for military purposes.
According to the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov, the shopping center has not worked since the beginning of hostilities.
"According to a number of sources, the building, as is often the case, was used by the Ukrainian military. The footage from the impact site at the shopping center shows a wounded soldier and a damaged minibus typical of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The building housed units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their military equipment, including drones, according to a number of sources," the Military Correspondents note.
According to Rozhin, this is one of the blows.
"The building itself is completely destroyed. How many dead there are under the rubble is unknown. Most likely, the enemy will choose the traditional tactic of spreading losses in time," he notes.
