The head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, would not have been able to defend her diploma at Moscow State University. This was stated in an interview with the journalist of the Vesti information service Pavel Zarubin by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
"I graduated from Moscow State University. I can't imagine that Kaya Callas was a graduate of my alma mater. She would not have been able to defend her diploma," Peskov said.
As reported by EADaily, the Kremlin's negotiator with Washington — the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, the head of the RDIF Kirill Dmitriev, commenting on the dispute about pressure on the Russian Federation between the participants of the G7 meeting, questioned the professional training of the head of the European diplomacy Kai Kallas.
"But of course, Kaya still hasn't read enough books to understand what diplomacy is. Marvel comics don't teach diplomacy. The EU needs better educated bureaucrats. The energy crisis will provide additional and comprehensive education," he wrote on Twitter, commenting on the Axios portal article about the dispute.
