Foreign Minister Petr Matsinka summoned Russian Ambassador Alexander Zmeevsky in connection with "threats" against two Czech companies. This was announced by the press secretary of the Ministry Adam Chergov.
The reason for the call was the list of European companies producing drones for Ukraine published by the Russian Ministry of Defense on April 15. The list includes two companies with branches in the Czech Republic.
At the same time, the Czech police reported that they had no information about specific risks after Russia's statement that branches of Ukrainian companies engaged in drones could become potential targets for Russian forces. Currently, the information received and the "potential threats" are being evaluated.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry named the addresses of enterprises in Europe that produce drones for strikes against the Russian Federation. Thus, branches of Ukrainian companies in Europe are located in the UK (Mildenhall, Leicester and London), Germany (Munich), Denmark (Stevring), Latvia (Riga), Lithuania (Vilnius), the Netherlands (Hengelo), Poland (Melets and Tarnów) and the Czech Republic (Prague). The agency also showed the addresses of foreign enterprises that produce components for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
