Anton Gudkov, the head of one of the military-industrial complex enterprises, was detained in the Kaliningrad region. He is accused of abuse of authority in the execution of the state defense order, the press service of the TFR reports today, April 21.
"The military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia have opened a criminal case against an official of one of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Kaliningrad region, Anton Gudkov, accused of abuse of authority in the execution of a state defense order (paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 201.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the report said.
The investigation found that in the period from 2021 to 2024, Gudkov, by providing documents with deliberately false information about the amount of work performed, received an increased salary and other incentive payments for the organization. The Russian Defense Ministry suffered damage in the amount of 10.5 million rubles.
Gudkov is currently detained. At the request of the military investigator, a preventive measure related to restriction of freedom was chosen by the court against him. Investigative actions are being carried out.
