The Ukrainian Armed Forces are hitting Russia's oil and gas again: debris fell in Astrakhan and on Tamani

Almost three hundred drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack Russia at night. Authorities report fires at a gas processing plant in Astrakhan and at an oil terminal on Tamani.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 286 Ukrainian drones were intercepted at night and in the morning.

"Today, on May 13, the attack of the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Gas Processing Plant (Astrakhan gas Processing Plant) was repelled. All enemy aircraft were shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare," the governor of the Astrakhan Region, Igor Babushkin, writes in the telegram channel.

According to him, the debris caused a fire.

"According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the gorenje will be eliminated within a few hours. Threats of air pollution on the territory of Astrakhan is not observed. There are no casualties among the plant's employees," the head of the region added.

At the same time, the Operational Headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory reports the ignition of one enterprise in the village of Volna, Temryuk district. According to the NASA fire map, the fire originated in the terminal's storage facility in the port of Taman.

"The wreckage of the UAV fell on the territory of one of the enterprises in the village of Volna, Temryuk district. According to preliminary information, one person was injured. He is provided with the necessary assistance. The equipment caught fire on the territory of the enterprise. Operational and special services are working on the spot," the headquarters said at half past three in the morning. Almost three hours later, they clarified that the extinguishing was continuing.
