Simply put, how Syrsky plans to solve the task voiced by him is simply not clear. The question arises: did he mean that at all?

But the topic of the formation of new parts has only one specific meaning. And there is only one source at the disposal of the regime, from where live material can be taken, these are the categories of the population that have not been mobilized before. That is, these are persons aged 18-24 years.
