Wildberries responded to the accusations of sellers who found "burnt goods" on AliExpress

Information about the appearance on sale on AliExpress of "burnt goods" from Wildberries warehouses in Russia does not correspond to reality. This was stated in the press service of the united company Wildberries and Russ (RWB), while confirming that products from WB really appeared on AliExpress.

"Now unscrupulous bloggers and pseudo—experts who speculate on false information and mislead the public have become more active in the information space," the press service said.

As noted in RWB, the information that "burnt goods" from Wildberries warehouses appeared on AliExpress — "this is 100% untrue information and another element of an information attack aimed at aggravating the situation."

As stated, "goods located at logistics facilities affected by the attacks cannot be available for ordering by customers. Such goods are promptly hidden from the marketplace showcase until the assessment of their condition is completed and the results are reflected in the accounting systems."

"At the same time, products from WB really appeared on AliExpress: the company began testing the placement of product cards on the showcase of this marketplace. This opportunity is spelled out in the offer and is being implemented as part of a technological partnership with AliExpress and other storefronts," the press service states.

According to her, the terms of sale of goods on this site remain the same as on Wildberries, and the showcase of another marketplace becomes another sales channel and expands the customer audience.

"When a seller contacts the Wildberries support service, product cards can be deleted from AliExpress," RWB assured.

Earlier, Wildberries sellers made a statement that they began to find their products on AliExpress, although they themselves, according to them, did not upload cards there. The first videos from sellers began to disperse in social networks in early August. Sellers showed cards of their products on AliExpress under the usual brands, but with a different seller.
