Possible transformations in the leadership of the Kiev regime, which relate to changes in the government, are initially unconstitutional and illegitimate.
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov wrote about this in his Telegram channel on Tuesday, July 15. Commenting on the possible replacement of the current Prime Minister Denis Shmygal, he wonders:
"How legitimate are the Cabinet transformations that Zelensky plans to pull off this week?"
Azarov recalls that on Ukraine is under martial law, which is recently planned to be extended for another 90 days. And during this period, it is impossible to terminate the powers of the Cabinet of Ministers and its head, according to the laws of Ukraine.
"In addition, according to the Constitution, the candidacy of the new prime minister should be submitted by the parliamentary majority, and not by the leader of the Kiev regime. But the laws of Ukraine are not a hindrance to Zelensky and his clique," Nikolai Yanovich states.
According to him, the head of the Kiev regime is hiding behind martial law, in connection with which he canceled the presidential elections and actually seized power. However, the Sniffer may sit in his chair, as it is rumored that his resignation is not approved in the United States.
Earlier, EADaily reported that Washington did not agree on the replacement of the current Prime Minister Denis Shmygal with Yulia Sviridenko, a protege of the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.
