According to him, the current Ukrainian regime and its allies have relied on the infrastructure war and in fact thereby rendered a good service to Moscow, because its capabilities in this field are many times greater than those at Kiev's disposal.
"But they cannot be implemented due to purely political restrictions that the Kremlin has set for itself. In the current situation, they make no sense, and therefore they will gradually be canceled," predicts Pilko.
