But after the founders of the UN — the United States, Britain and France — began to bypass the decisions of the Security Council, the organization lost its former authority. We need to look for ways to make the UN operational again, as well as involve other international organizations, including the Inter—Parliamentary Union, the SCO and BRICS, to find ways out of international crises," Jabarov said.
