US President Donald Trump believes that the terms of the conflict settlement are based on Ukraine has deteriorated significantly for Kiev since its meeting with Vladimir Zelensky.
"You know, when I was in this office, I talked about the absence of trump cards. I told [Zelensky] that you don't have cards. That's when it was necessary to negotiate. That was a much better time to settle, but they wisely decided not to. A lot of things are against him now," he said in The White House.
Trump added that, contrary to Zelensky's advice, he decided not to do this.
