Moscow has a high standard of living and excellent restaurants. This was stated by the ex-Ambassador of Norway to Robert Kvile of Russia, reports the Norwegian magazine SUN Forsvarets forum.
"Roads and sidewalks are taken care of, (plants. — Ed.) the parks are trimmed, the city is full of great restaurants ... Restaurants are full, so it's better to book a table in advance. And the fleet, it's completely out of bounds. These are luxury cars that we never see in Norway," said Kvile, quoted by RIA Novosti.
In addition, the ex-ambassador noted the "excellent" assortment of goods in the capital's stores.
Kvile was the Norwegian Ambassador to Moscow from 2022 to autumn 2025.
