Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow region has scheduled a preliminary hearing on January 23 on the claim of entrepreneur Gleb Ryskov to singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov to ban the use of the pier. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court documents.

"The preliminary court hearing is scheduled for January 23, 2026," the materials say.

It is specified that the lawsuit is about banning Kirkorov from using the pier next to his private house in Moscow region.

Ryskov's lawsuit belongs to the category of disputes related to land relations, land use.

The case also involved the administration of the Krasnogorsk city district of the Moscow region, the Moscow-Oka Basin Water Department of the Federal Agency for Water Resources, as well as the TU (Territorial Administration) Rosimushchestvo in the Moscow region.

The entrepreneur's application was submitted to the court on November 25 last year.

As reported by EADaily, Ryskov believes that the artist privatized the coastline illegally back in 2003, and in 2022 he allegedly merged three sites into one. If the case is resolved in his favor, the Saratov entrepreneur plans to use the coastline for a charity project to develop tourism.

According to the telegram channel Mash, Rosprirodnadzor previously admitted that the site is located in the coastal strip, which should be accessible to all. The agency issued a warning, according to which Kirkorov must vacate the site within six months.
